E-shop / How to make your purchase
1. Registration/Login
Even though your one-time purchase does not require that you register in our e-shop, there are some advantages if you do. You will get a 5% discount on your purchases. In addition to that, if you will be buying from us the next time, you will no longer need to fill in your information, you will just have to login. For greater clarity, the prices of individual discounted titles will be shown automatically with the relevant products after your subsequent login.
When you complete all the information in the registration form and check your acceptance of our Business Terms, we will send to your e-mail address a confirmation of your registration and your login - username and password. Your password is generated by the system automatically, but after logging in you can change it anytime.
After logging in you can already start with a selection of merchandise you want to order.
If you have not registered, simply make your selection without logging in.
2. Selection of merchandise
You can select the merchandise either from the Merchandise Catalog, or by searching. If you select to view the catalog, go to the menu and in the Merchandise Catalog select the category of merchandise which matches the merchandise you are looking for. If you are looking for a specific merchandise and know the name, use the search field in the home page to find it.
3. Placing the merchandise into shopping basket
If you have already decided which merchandise you want to purchase, then click on the “Add to basket” icon. You can continue your shopping in a same manner and place other merchandise you want to order into the basket. During your shopping you can change the contents of the basket and quantity of individual items you have ordered by clicking on the “Basket”, where you can simply change the quantity, or completely delete the items.
4. Payments and delivery
If you have completed your selection and you have placed in the basket everything you want to order, click on “Continue to the order” to fill in your delivery address and a method of payment. If you have registered and logged in, your delivery address will be entered automatically. If you are making your purchase without logging in, you will need to enter your delivery information.
After that you will need to select the required method of payment – Cash on delivery or by the advanced payment transfer, or in cash when you collect the merchandise in person.
If all information has been correctly completed, click on “Complete the order”.
5. Confirmation of order and shipping
After clicking on the “Complete the order” you will see an overall recapitulation of the selected goods, your delivery information and payment terms. Please check your information carefully. If everything is in order and you are sure that you want us to send your merchandise, click on “Ship the order”. If your order was successfully shipped, you will see this notice: “Your order No. xxxxxx was successfully shipped! Confirmation of your order was sent to your e-mail address”. At the same time we will send you e-mail with an overall recapitulation of your order. With this step your order has been successfully completed.
If your order has been shipped and you have realized that you had made an error in it, there is nothing to worry about, simply call or write to us and we can decide what to do to correct the situation.
